Terms
MeltPixels is a service of MeltingPixels LLC, an Indiana company (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.
Your images
- Only upload images you have the right to use and convert. You're responsible for how you use the files you make, including any trademarks or copyrights in them.
- Don't upload anything illegal, or private images of other people without their permission.
- We claim no rights in your uploads or in the files made from them. We process them only to make your files, and delete them within 24 hours of upload, or of payment if you buy one (see Privacy).
The files
Files are made automatically. Check the preview and the warnings, and test on scrap before a large or costly cut. We don't guarantee that a file suits a particular machine, material or purpose.
Other companies' names
Cricut, Design Space, Silhouette, Silhouette Studio, LightBurn, xTool, Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Inkscape and the machine names on this site belong to their owners. MeltPixels isn't connected to or endorsed by any of them. We name them only to say which apps our files open in.
Paying
- One image is $2.99 and unlocks every size and file type for that image for 23 hours after you pay.
- The subscription is $4.99 a month and renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account; it keeps working until the end of the paid month.
- We'll email subscribers 7 to 30 days before a price change takes effect, with how to cancel. If MeltPixels shuts down, we refund the unused part of the current month.
- Refunds: email support@meltpixels.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. That covers one image and each monthly charge. A refunded monthly charge ends the subscription straight away. Otherwise a cancelled subscription keeps working to the end of the paid month and that month isn't refunded.
- MeltPixels is sold to buyers in the United States only, for now. A payment from outside the US is refunded in full and unlocks nothing.
- Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Fair use
Use MeltPixels through its pages. Don't try to break it, get around the payment, or scrape it with automated tools. We may limit or block use that harms the service.
Unlimited means no monthly cap on images or downloads. Uploads are limited to 100 an hour so the service stays fast.
Liability
MeltPixels is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including wasted material, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
