Why won't my SVG cut right?

What the checker looks for
- Colours set in a style sheet, which Cricut Design Space ignores, so shapes come in black.
- No real size in the file, so each app guesses how big it is.
- Pictures inside the file, which can't be cut, and text that isn't converted to outlines.
- Clip paths and masks, lines drawn as strokes, gradients, open shapes that won't extrude, and files too heavy for your machine's software.
What does the fixed copy change?
It rebuilds the file from plain shapes: each colour written onto its own shape and grouped as a layer, open shapes closed, gradients flattened, and the size you choose written in inches or millimetres. Text, pictures and clip paths can't be fixed automatically; the checker tells you what to change in your design app.
Is my file kept?
No. Checked files are deleted within 24 hours of upload, or of paying if you buy the fixed copy.
